What this website collects, why it collects it, how long it is kept, and how to get rid of it. Short version: almost nothing, and you can clear all of it yourself.
Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026. This document applies to the v3gam.in website only. It is not the terms of the V3 Game application itself — those are presented inside the app when you register.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal data processed by v3gam.in, the website you are reading. It does not cover data processed by the V3 Game application. If you register on that app, the operator becomes the controller of your account data under its own privacy policy, which is shown to you inside the app.
We want to be clear about the split: we know almost nothing about you, and the operator knows a great deal. Those are two separate relationships.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a mail server or a database of visitors. The data we hold is limited to:
- Analytics data collected by Google Analytics — pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type, browser, and the site or search that referred you.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider — IP address, timestamp and requested URL, retained for security and troubleshooting.
- Local storage set by the site itself — a single timestamp recording that you have been shown the exit dialog, so it is not shown again for 24 hours. This never leaves your browser.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or payment details, because we never ask for them. The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to us — submitting it opens Telegram so that you send the message yourself, under Telegram's own privacy terms.
Why we process it
Analytics and server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful, detecting abuse, and keeping the site working. Local storage is processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visit from another. We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media trackers or fingerprinting scripts. There are no third-party scripts on this site other than Google Analytics and Google Fonts.
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, distinguishes visitors, expires after two years.
- v3_exit_shown — local storage, not a cookie, suppresses the exit dialog for 24 hours.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out extension. The site works normally with cookies blocked.
Google Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google's font CDN. Loading a font sends your IP address to Google. If you would rather not, most browsers allow you to block remote fonts; the site falls back to system typefaces and remains fully readable.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We do not trade or rent it. The only third parties that receive any data are Google, as our analytics and font provider, and our hosting provider, in the course of serving the page to you.
If you follow an affiliate link, the operator receives the fact that the click came from us, via a tracking parameter in the URL. It does not carry any personal data about you — we have none to pass on.
Retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Local storage persists until you clear it or until the 24-hour timestamp lapses.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our processing it. In practice, because we hold no identifying information, the fastest route to deleting everything associated with you is to clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser.
If you want to make a request anyway, contact us on Telegram at @bbcomeplay. For data held by the V3 Game application — your account, KYC documents, transaction history — you must contact the operator through the app, as we cannot access or delete any of it.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used this site, contact us and we will remove any associated data we can identify.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because we do not hold accounts, passwords or payment details, the attack surface is small by design. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data in transit across networks we do not control.
International transfers
Google processes analytics data on servers outside India, including in the United States, under its own transfer safeguards. If you would prefer not to have data transferred that way, block analytics cookies before browsing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced separately, so it is worth re-reading if you use the site regularly.
The operator's privacy policy
Everything you do inside the V3 Game application — registration, KYC, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals — is governed by the operator's privacy policy, not this one. We have no visibility into it and no ability to act on it. Read it inside the app before you register.
